Hi I am trying to use the Relationship tree builder with version 7.1 9195 Rev 1 of Inaport and GoldMine PE v8 First of all there doesn't to be any help or reference to this function in the Help file at all, nor could I find anything on these forums. I have created a profile and after working out how it works managed to create the organisation chart as I wanted by using 2 profiles. Whilst trying to get the profile to run as a scheduled task it was not running. I opened Inaport to run the profile through the application and when I run it stops almost immediately (after 00m 01.15), does not read any records in, creates 0 nodes and comes up with a Status(in red) of completed successfully. So it pretty much stops before it begins. I have it set to 'Build New Org Chart Each time' as I only want it to build for the records that have already been built via the profile, i.e. where the CONTSUPP.CONTACT field = the tree name of the profile. I look at the log but it just says the following and no more: Delete existing org charts Start: Mon 16:48:49.161 Not sure what the issue is, I did originally have the profiles pointing at a test database before changing the data source. So I re-created the profiles and ensure that the data source remained constant and the same thing happens In addition, I try getting the profile to chain to another organisation chart profile but is doesn't ever seem to save this setting.

Can you send a debug log and the profile to support at inaplex dot com?

To generate a debug log, restart Inaport and go to Tools - Start Debug logging; specify a log file, then run the profile.

I have been back on site and ran one of the Relationship Tree profiles again and the following are the debug logs.

The same thing happened as before, the profile is run but completes immediately.

I believe the logs do point to an exception being thrown.
