I changed the SalesLogix database server.

Inapot was registered with the name of the old database server (A_PROD).

The first name of the newserver was B_PROD . when I put on line the new server I renamed it in A_PROD (the name of the old server)

Now when I try to run the import I had an error:

THE LICENSES SELECTED DOES NOT HAVE A VALID KEY VALUE

LICENSE KEY VALUE IS A_PROD

DATABASE KEY VALUE IS B_PROD

Have you suggestion to solve the problem?

Hi

Inaport is licensed agains the SQL server holding the SLX database. If you send the Inaport license number to support@inaplex.com, they will reissue the license for the new server if you are current on maintenance.
