Hello - I have a current version running of 6.7 and would like to upgrade/migrate to v7.5.
1. Can I restore the database to SQL2005 before starting?
2. Does the Goldmine software HAVE to be installed on the SQL server?
3. To do the migration in a beta environment, would I do a complete new install or existing? My intent is to install the software on a clean server (test workstation) and connect to the sql 2005 instance on another server. Goldmine is not currently installed (old or new) on the SQL server.
We have an "E" license
